Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with the invoice to facilitate a smooth processing experience.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Quality Verification
Upload clear images of the product, including the batch number and the issue (damage/leakage), for our dermatological quality team to review.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product is sealed and includes all original tags.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 5-7 business days.
